吞拿魚薯仔濃湯
[b]材料︰[/b]
細薯仔3個、甘笋粒60克、西芹1條、洋葱碎1/4杯、罐裝吞拿魚1罐(約95克)、罐裝白豆4湯匙、香葉2片、上湯2杯、清水2杯、鹽1/2茶匙、黑胡椒少許、橄欖油11/2湯匙
[b]做法:[/b]
1.先將薯仔去皮切粒。西芹切粒,白豆隔去多餘水份。
2.隔去吞拿魚多餘水份,魚肉拆開。起鑊落橄欖油,炒香洋葱、薯仔、甘笋及西芹。
3.注入清水及上湯,大火滾10分鐘。
4.加入略為壓碎的薯仔,下香葉再煮五分鐘。
5.取出香葉拌入吞拿魚肉及白豆,下鹽及黑胡椒調味即成。
