黑糖芝士地瓜燒

中型地瓜1個
【調味】黑糖10g
【調味】奶油5g
【調味】奶粉10g
【調味】芝士粉(乳酪粉)15g
蛋黃少許

1 準備材料

2 地瓜先蒸熟,將裡面的地瓜挖出來,如果要回填到地瓜裡面,就要小心不要將皮弄破了

3 取出的地瓜壓成泥加上【調味】攪拌均勻

4 將攪拌好的地瓜泥回填在地瓜皮裡,或是以小烤杯裝,烤箱200℃烤20分鐘

5 中途取出來抹一層蛋黃上去,再撒一點點黑芝麻
